Introduction
Welcome to Omnia. Your privacy and the security of your personal information are of utmost importance to us. We understand the trust you place in us when you share your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.
Information we collect
Personal information: This includes your name, address, email address, and telephone number, which you provide when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage in other activities on our website.
Form and calculator information: When you use our missed-call calculator or request a recovery plan, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, phone number, company size, and the figures you put into the calculator, such as your average job value and missed calls per week.
Booking information: When you book a call with us, we collect the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
Payment information: When you make a purchase, your credit/debit card information is processed by our payment gateway provider and is not stored on our servers.
Browsing information: We automatically collect certain data about your browsing behavior during your visit to our website. This includes your IP address, browser type, and browsing history.
How we use your information
To process transactions: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To respond to your request: When you request a recovery plan or book a call, we use the details you gave us to contact you about it and to prepare for the call.
To measure our advertising: We use information about visits and actions on our website to understand how well our ads work, as described under "Advertising and measurement" below.
To improve our website: We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To send periodic emails: The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product, or service information, etc.
How we protect your information
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to enhance your experience on our site. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
These include cookies set by the advertising platforms we use, which identify your browser and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the ad you clicked. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
When you submit our form, we also keep the details you entered in your browser's temporary session storage so we can fill in the booking form for you. This is cleared when you close the tab.
Advertising and measurement
We use advertising platforms to measure how well our ads work and to improve who sees them. To do this, we use tracking tools those platforms provide, which run in your browser and on our servers.
What is shared: When you visit our website, request a recovery plan, or book a call, we send these platforms information about that action (such as the page and the time), technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the platform's cookie and ad-click identifiers), and the contact details you gave us — your name, email address, and phone number — in hashed form. Hashing turns these details into a scrambled code before they are sent; the platform uses it to match the action to one of its accounts.
How it is used: The platforms use this information to measure and improve the delivery of our ads, under their own privacy policies.
Session recordings: We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors use our website, such as clicks, scrolling, and page views. Text you type into our forms is masked and not recorded. Clarity processes this data under Microsoft's privacy statement.
Your choices: You can limit this by changing your ad preferences in your account settings on those platforms, by blocking cookies or using tracking protection in your browser, or by contacting us using the details below.
Service providers
We rely on the following providers to run our website. Each receives only the information needed for its role.
Cal.com: Our call booking is provided by Cal.com, Inc. The details you enter in the booking form, along with details from our form that we pass along to save you retyping them, are processed by Cal.com to schedule and manage your call.
Cloudflare: Our website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes requests to the site, including your IP address, to serve pages and protect the site.
Advertising platforms: As described under "Advertising and measurement" above.
Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We do not sell your mobile phone number, and we do not give it to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it in hashed form with the advertising platforms we use only to measure and improve our own advertising, as described under "Advertising and measurement" above, and with the service providers listed above so they can provide their services to us.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent
By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.
Changes to our privacy policy
If we make changes to our privacy policy, we will update the privacy policy modification date above.
